'77 Silverado C-20 for sale or going to part out

I bought this truck 3 months ago to build a tow rig out of, but I bought a new Suburban for family and tow duties, so this truck needs to go.

Original California 1-owner '77 Silverado C-20 Camper Special. Truck was a 454/T400 truck, but I pulled that motor trans to install the the other 454/700R4 combo I had (see other post..it's for sale).
There's no motor or trans in it now. No, the original 454?t400 aren't for sale.
Original ps,pb,a/c,tilt,cruise control truck. Pretty nice interior except for seat...nice dash pad...no cracks...pretty nice door panels as well...nice woodgrain dash, although radio hole has been cut up.
Right fender is rusted as well as inner fender.
Left fender is dented in by bumper...bumper bent as well.
Doors are OK, except have speaker holes cut in.
Cab is fine...no rust in rockers or corners.
Bed has surface rust before wheelwells, but sides and floor are near perfect.
Being a Camper Special, there are holes/inserts in doors for the big mirrors (which I have removed, but still have), as well as factory holes in front bed panel for wiring, and sides for supports?
Tailgate is not original, as was removed when new for camper.
Lots of good mechanical parts:
14 bolt ff rear with 3.73 posi and new brakes
Heavy duty front and rear sway bars
new 4 core radiator
Good A/C condensor
Factory oil cooler
Cruise servo and wiring
Tilt column
A/c compressor and brackets not included, but was working.
Has late model '00 3/4 ton wheels, caps, rings with driveable tires.
Has an added older fiberglass bedcover that is in pretty good shape as well.
This was a running/driving truck.
You could add an engine/trans/driveshaft and get down the road as is.
$500 with clear title.
If not sold by Feb 21st, will start parting out.
