Master cylinder??

Mine is leaking something bad and I need to get a new one. Where would be the best place to get one?
Also, There's a tube coming out of my Carb and running into the cylinder. I'm guessing it's a "vacuum assist" type of unit? Can someone tell me what kind I have and what options I might have in replacing or switching out or ???

Also, My starter is starting to go, anyone got a good source for these too?

By the way, It's a '77 350, 4-barrel with a 350 tranny, if that helps.

Thanks

Any info will be greatly appreciated.
