FREE 700R4.....for me.
I got a guy here in town that runs a mechanic shop that is going to give me a free 700r4. He thinks it came out of an early 80's Caprice. The only thing missing is some switch on the top of it off to the left. He told me it's the torque converter electrical switch. Can I use this thing to put in my truck? He told me it already has a mechanical speedometer.
Also where can I get a kit to rebuild it. I'm not knowledgeable at all about tranny's. I thought I'd seen a post on here several months back about a kit. thanks,
