What's a good price to offer for a 70 burb?

I found a 70 1/2 ton 4x4 burb for sale locally, I tried to catch the guy today, but he's out of town till sunday.

It's gold with a white top, interior is basically shot, only the front seat left and they installed a piece of sheet metal behind the seat, and have been using it as a pickup, the body is fairly straight, except for some dings around the taillights, and it is pretty rusty in the rockers and the right rear quarter.

It has no A/C, and is powered with a 350 and a 4spd and it has factory tow hooks, and a good right front fender, which is next to impossible to find in my area.

I just wonder what something like that is worth, there aren't many of them around here, and I don't want to insult the guy when I talk to him sunday morning

BTW..it's supposed to run and drive good

oh yeah, and the windshield is cracked bad
