LT1 Help?????

I have a chance to get a 1993 LT1 with an A4 tranny complete with all accessories and computer. Before I do anything I have a few questions about this setup that I hope you all can help me with.

1. How hard would it be to get this complete setup in the '71?
2. What kind of drive train moddifications would I have to do?
3. What about the fuel system and electronics?

I have a TH400 that I was going to have built for the truck, could I just use the LT1 and back it with the TH400?

Any help with this will be greatly appreciated..
