stock flr on 22's

I just bought a 72 1/2 ton sub. I am planning on s/flooring it on 22's. I have heard that I have to raise the x-member and z the frame. If this is true how much do I need to do. Also can it be done with the stock arms if not does anybody know anyone who can build them for me? I would greatly appreciate any answers or pics. I build custom cars on the side so I have some experience but I have never messed with this old of a chevy. Also can I use the 73 and up spindles on my sub, reason is they are alot cheaper than the 72 model spindles. Also bill at extensive in houston told me that I can use my stock ladder bars to lay out but I would have to beef them up a little.
