This problem happen to me a long time a go and what I did was to just shot some wd40 into the ignition cylinder. Remove the ignition lock cylinder, and spray some wd40. Rotate the switch with a screw driver a few times and then clean cylinder. Reinstall ignition lock cylinder and it should work. Don't forget to disconnect the switch before doing the work.
