Update

I removed all the belts and could still feel the vibration although it was cut in half. I put the alternator belt back on and the vibration was back at full power Had another look at the water pump pulley and it looks like it is bent a little. So it looks like I have 2 vibrations going at the same time. When all of the belts were off the vibration was not in the steering wheel but in the seat of the truck. It almost felt like it was coming from right under the seat from the tranny. I am going to get another waterpump pulley and install that. In the mean time what can I do to check if its the torque converter?

THanks
