Question Suggestions for drop. Help Me :hiya:

Hello all. I am new to the truck scene. I am a jeep guy but looking to branch out a little and try something new. I have already got some info from the engine area but now need your input for the suspension.
I have a 77 C-10 stepside that I am looking to drop. Not radical, I do not want to cut the frame at all, looking for noticable drop, but by no means a frame dragger, just sportier. SO, what is the best combination??

In looking around I see some 4" f/r drops. For the front, how what is the best way to get to the 4"? 2" spindles and 2" springs??, or some combination in between?

For the rear? I have seen 4" drop leaf packs, and/or shackle hanger kits?
What have some of you folks used and what problems/pitfalls have you run into?

Brag abour your truck and tell me what you did so I can learn from you.
(not intersted in bags yet, i'm not that advanced, not interested in c-notch yet either) and when we have all this info we need to talk tire size.
