glove box door stop hitting a/c hose

i have a question about my glove box door stop and i was hoping for some help. i purchased and installed a door stop the other day, but when i go to close the door the stop hits the a/c hose. the hoses are new and were installed by the po. there is not much room here and the hose seems to be routed properly, but somethings not right. the stop hits the hose on the top side almost where it connects to the vent outlet.
does anyone have any pictures of how their a/c hoses are routed on the passenger side? was there more than one style of door stop? this is the hard metal style. there doesn't seem to be any other way to route the hose as space is very tight in there. any help would be apprieciated. thanks
