Repair options for this DENT?

What are my options here? The top rail of the bed is fine, but this is a pretty deep dent. Is there a patch panel for this area, or should it be attacked with a dent puller and try to pull it out? The dent covers the crease at the lower beltline, so I was thinking it should just be cut out...what are your thoughts? The Rockers are pretty easy, but this has me a bit perplexed..
Thanks
