Which big block headers

I know this is the wrong year but the frames are almost the same.

I have a 63 that I recently set a big block in. I am having troublr getting a passenger side header to fit. They all hit the frame before it will let the header swing out and mate to head. I have been using 67-87 truck headers and they dont work. I have heard chevelle headers will work but what year...
