Home from Iraq!!

Well, I am home from Iraq, I never thought this day would come. It was one of the best moments in my life to see my wife and daughter on that parade field waiting for me when I got off the bus at Ft Hood.

Now the projects begin, the 1971 Sub is in full swing. Been getting up at 3am and going to my shop and working till the runt gets up and calls me for breakfeast. I will post some pics of the progress soon(my camera is on the ship coming from Iraq). Decided to sell my 1977 GMC truck to make room for more time on the sub. I took a few burn out laps in front of my house to make sure it was good before I stuck a sign on it(nothing shreads rubber like a 454).

If anyone is in Central Texas or passing through on Hwy 35 and needs any help or just wants a cold "beverage" drop me a line and stop in. I am always happy to entertain a car guy or 2.

Remember you only have so many weekends left in life, make them all worth living!
