'86 dual tank selector valve

My '86 K10 has the dual saddle fuel tanks and I'm suspicious of the selector valve. When I switch from right to left it seems to move slowly and make a groaning sound, and when I switch from left to right the sound is shorter and more of a croak. I've been having some fuel delivery problems and I'm wondering if the valve's gone bad.

I checked napaonline.com but didn't find the valve; will I have to go to GM or ACDelco for a new one? Is it a fairly easy R&R job or will I need to brush up on my cussing skills? Thanks!
