A bit more seat belt help please !!

OK, I have been having issues with installing front belts. Here is where I am at.
1. I know where the two center/female belts bolt in at on the back of the step-up.
2. My passenger side retractor ( original blazer type ) seems to bolt to the step-up as well and actually fits great there. ( See 2nd pic )
3. I need to know extactly where the drivers side retract bolts in at. I have an illustration from the assembly manual but what I need is an actual picture and possibly some type of measurement to the bolt hole. The reason is because the PO did some patch work and then rhino linered over everything so I am not sure where to start, possibly having to doing some fabrication to get the belt bolted down. I am adding a pic as well of the drivers side if anyone could put a mark or something on the original bolt hole.
