What's wrong with this picture?

It's a sweet looking Blazer with only 9k mi? Does look extremely clean but I find some oddities. I think this has been on ebay twice before. At that time the guy had it in or near Palm Springs, CA. I think he had it listed to start at 10k with a reserve. I had emailed him back then and he told me he was looking for 25k. It says it has a double wall top. Could you have special ordered a double wall top in '72. I thought '72s were single wall tops. Underside of the hood is painted the same as the body. I thought under hood was always left black. Front seats are "Hand Tooled Black Leather seats". They look like just regular old naugahyde with scroll patern. And were is the protecto plate with the original owners manual? The glove box sticker notes an AM radio, but it has the AM-FM in it, not that that's bad. If the radio is factory, shouldn't it say AM-FM on the glove box sticker?
