Front sway bar mount

My Brother has a 70 K-5 that has had just about everything replaced at one time or another in the past few years. Converted to disc brakes up front, new springs all the way around, rebuilt rear end, newer transfere case, rebuilt 4 speed, new motor also. Anyway, he has a front sway bar off my old 76 K-5. Will it work on his Blazer? Also Does anyone have the Spring mounts that it bolts to? Any info is appreciated. Thanks.
