Let the dumb questions begin :confused:
I need some help, and I know this is the place to come. I need to know what this is and where is it supposed to be mounted. Also, if this is some sort of ground could that be why my headlights don't work?
 another:  and one more dumb one. What is this? mounted on pass side inner fender, between battery and fender?   Thanks in advance Jake
