After reading this post over lunch, I decied to stop in at a place by me where there is a '70 lwb parked in the weeds that I have been avoiding asking about. The garage door was open, so I pulled in and knocked on the door. I told him who I was and that I was interested in the 'old chevy' he had out back. He wasn't sure if he wanted to sell it, and I told him he didn't need to decide right now. I gave him my # and asked if I could go look at it before I left. I gave it the once over - nothing special. A 350/350 2wd with a wood bed. I was hoping for the tach dash, AM/FM, tow hooks, etc. but not this time. Guess I'll wait and see what happens....

Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
