410 with a cam and exhaust is high but I've seen it happen. It's just not the norm. Anywhere from 290-310 is common stock and 315+ range are freaks which do exist and have seen several of them (maybe 10 out of 100). Honestly when you start making 400+ rear wheel horse, you prolly won't see any noticable gain maybe 3 or 4 hp with the addition of an underdrive pulley - maybe nothing. Just remember the more power you make the less stuff like that matters. To see 10 rwhp with an ASP on a stock motor is one thing but it almost never happens on a car making good power already. Something to think about.
Let me know what you dyno on your '02. I've seen and personally dynoed hundreds of these cars so it shouldn't be any surprise when you make between 295-315 alot depends on if its a A4 or M6 car...
