Rear view mirror falls down
Hey guys,
On my 70 C10 the rearview mirror has loosened up to the point of being aimed at the floor when I hit a bump. Roof mounted mirror. When I removed the screw there was the remnants of a teflon washer between the mirror and the hook. There is also the little square spring in the hole that drags on the screw. Just wondering if the spring is all thats factory or if the teflon washers are stock too? Any way to tweak the spring a little or do I need a new spring/screw? I can fix it with a rubber washer or something, I just would prefer to have it stock. Thanks. CoryM
