CD player connection question

Hi guys/gals:
First of all, I hope you have a good weekend. Well, fun continues. I draind my battery last night when I left my CD player installation incomplete!. I believe after I got confuse about wiring, I didn't disconnect my partial wiring and to make it worse, I left my ignition in! too.
Anyways, Can anybody tell me if I have to connect the yellow wire too? Based on the manual , yellow wire is battery wire which suppose to be connected to some where in fuse box. If that is correct, where in fuse box? Last night, I simply connected the red wire to radio connection on the fues box and the black one to ground but nothing happened.
And finally, Is the inline fuse for red wire (that one is from previous radio)as you see in the picture, suppose to be there? and if yes, what amp is it or suppose to be?
Thanks.
