Question spark plug gap

Hey guys just got to thinking I should replace my spark plugs and was wondering what gap they should be. I converted to hei awhile ago and never re-gapped the plugs. Its a '68 327 with stock heads and a intake and 750 carb. I used to just run .35 on the gap but figured HEI needed a little bigger. Any suggestions?
