Looking for best Carb My Setup

This is a list of things that I am working with and I was hoping someone here could tell me the best carb or TBI setup to go with.
My truck is a 67 SWB stepside.
A new rebuilt '71 307 back to stock with standard bore.
Ramhorns with 2 1/4' outlets
2 1/4' dual out with flowmasters
1.6 roller rockers
Wieand Stealth Alum. intake
200 4R trans
3.73 in it now, or I have a 3.08 I can put in.
HEI factory dist.

I am looking for the best of all three worlds. Great mileage, Power, and little funds. Lokking more towards good mileage.
Any and all help would greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Stephen
