The GAS won't stop AHHHHHHHHH!!!!

I put a rebuilt holley 4150 on a week ago and can't get the fuel to stop
pouring out of the sec. bowls? I have the check plug out trying to
adj. the bowls but nothing will stop it. I took the bowl off to see if I left
something out but it all looks good. What could this be?
It will run with fuel pouring out the sec. check plug at a fast rate
but the truck burps and farts bammmmmm bammmm. I'll end up blowing the
truck up if I keep this up.
