Thumbs up First post... Bought it today!!

Well, I found it on the internet three days ago.. five miles from my house.. called the guy, checked it out this morning, then drove it home, well, almost. I knew the carb was flooding pretty bad, but it had been sitting for a few months, so i thought it would clear up.. It didnt.. two miles down the road, started to cough and stall real bad.. Pulled off the road as it died. Battery was too dead to start it. took the air cleaner off to let it air out and waited on some jumper cables. An hour and a half later they show up... Finally got her running, barely.. carb cleanered her to death, rapped it pretty good to clean it up, and went on my way. I really like the truck. silverado, 305/350, shifted real good and hard. all the basic goodies[PS,PB, A/C,tilt,P/W,P/L,all tinted glass, rear slider, cargo light, dual tanks...] A few others.. I have big plans.. came from louisiana, has hardly any rust, and a pretty nice interior. Thanks for everybody on the board.. Will be checking in often im sure!!

thanks, robert
