2" body lift and steering column question

You guys out there that have done this lift, what did you do with your steering column? As of now, i havent done anything. It works, but i dont like the look of it. It seems to have an upward curve to it. I know its a collapsable shaft, but even if i were to extend it, it still seems as though it would have the curve because the cab is going straight up, but not back any. it seems as though the steering box would need to be at more of an angle to counter this angle, but that would throw the steering arm outta whack.
Or i could buy a column with a u joint? but i was seeing what i can do in the meantime.
any suggestions?
