E-brake cable help

I tried the google search method but found nothing.
I replaced all the brake components on my truck. Before I did the e-brake did not work, I couldn't get enough tension on it. So when I did the brakes I replaced the cable under the truck. I don't know if I routed the cable correctly because the PO mangled the old one a bit. I thought I ran it correctly throught the loops. I have the cable adjusted all the way in and I have to pull the handle to the last notch before the brake engages . I know I got the right cable because I compared it to the old..the new was just a little bit shorter.

Does anyone have a pic of the correct routing? It's a 68 c-10 2wd longbed fleetside with 250 3-speed manual.

Any help is appreciated.

Mike
