350 trans acting kinda funny

Hey, so today on my way home from work my trans started acting a little wierd. It shifts fine- but right when it hits 3rd gear it kind of bogs down the motor. I'm not sure I would say it is hitting 3rd too quick, because I have experienced that sort of thing with a metric 200 before.
It also takes a good amount more throttle to get it to kick back down.

Yes I checked the fluid level, I haven't messed with vacuum lines recently to mess with the modulator, I don't believe it is a lock up converter-I need to get underneath it to check for sure.

I am not all that familiar with the internals of a 350 trans and would appreciate any suggestions if anyones got them.
Thanks,
Jeremy
