Door doesn't shut with new S10 door seals - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Hi guys, Gals;
This was my weekend project, a little clean up and putting the new S10 door seals. Everything went smooth and look nice but door doesn't shut all the way. It seems the rubber is too thick at the door hinge area. I got the seals from GM pauls.Is there any trick or modification I need to do?
The second pic is just to share with you the difference in paint with 5$ spray paint since I don't have the $$$ for ground up job.
