Favor Please

I was wondering if someone that had a 65 longbed fleetside or equivalent could do me a favor. I am in the process of doing the bodywork on my bed. Could someone take a straight edge and go about one inch above the lip on the rear wheel well opening (outside) and see if this is flat. I used a three foot straight edge on both sides of my truck bed and mine is sunk in about 1/16 of an inch right above the center of the wheel well. There has been no body work done in these areas since the truck was new. I'm guessing that this is a factory bend, but I want to make sure.
