Windshield washer pump: parts source?

I had to open up my cowl to install my shiney new antenna and decided to fix my washer nozzles and pump at the same time. I disassembled cleaned and lubed the pump put it all together and it worked! ...For a second.

Took it back off and discovered I had broken the gear on the wiper motor. There is a ratcheting cam inside the pump that has a worn out lobe causing everything to lock up. While recreational junkyarding, I managed to get another wiper motor gear. The donor pump had the same problem though.

Unless someone knows where I can get the pump cam, I would like to find another factory style pump. Napa had one listed, it was solid-state and did not fit. Kragens has a special order for $52 but I am afraid it will be a solid-state conversion instead of the factory style. The parts guy had no clue since he had never saw one. LMC shows one for $29, have not called em yet.

Any suggestions?
