Tubular aftermarket trailing arms-where??

A guy told me in the mid 80's he had bought a 71, I think, "Leaf Spring" truck and in a box laying in the bed were a new unused pair of tubular trailing arms. The seller hadn't said anything about them/he didn't know why they were left in the truck especially when it had a leaf suspension. (He still has them and won't sell!) Are these still available?? From who/where? Thanks in advance. -Steve
