All the posters have given good suggestions. Anything to increase the voltage to the solenoid will help the problem. If it occurs intermittently then one or all of these solutions will fix it. If it only happens after it is warmed up then Jhow66 is right and I agree with him that your starter solenoid is getting heat soaked and and you can either replace it and get a heat shield or get a remote solenoid .
