Newly Installed Instrument Panel not Working

I recently ran power to my cab and my instrument panel is not working correctly. The right blinker light stays on and the fuel gause slowly moved to fuel even though the tank is almost empty. It kind of acts like a grounding issue. I checked the ground cable for the instrument panel and rehooked it up, but no changes.

Has anyone had this problem before. I plan to tear into it soon and use the wiring diagram provided by another member and hopefully figure it out.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Jason
