Rear hatch repair

I have two cracks/tears in my rear hatch, one in each corner. Since I am new to the blazers, I am wondering what are the best ways to get this fixed. The rest of the canopy is in perfect condition, which I was told is worth its wieght in gold. I would like to keep my fiberglass top, because I live in Washington. Any ideas would be gladly appreciated.
