What is my Panel worth?

Well, I just as well admit it... my world is about to turn upside down and may possibly be moving..(sigh)..due to my wifes job with the airlines. I can no longer kid myself that I have time, a place to work on, or spare money to put into a project vehicle. As you may know I have offered this up before..a few have shown really strong interest but none have come up with any cash.
So, with that said, what's it worth? Here is the ad I recently posted on a local board..

RARE! 1967 Chevy C-10 Panel Delivery (Suburban-type) Project. Runs and drives well. '91 GM Crate 350, 3 on the tree. Many new parts including new dual exhaust (flowmaster type), 2" lowered springs, Class 3 hitch, battery, alt., etc. Floors are solid but she needs bodywork (about $400 worth of patch panels available thru Somernites vendor) and interior refinishing.
