OK Now what do I do?

I have an 81 3/4 ton,and am trying to get the windshield installed.

I have the glass, rubber seal, and the trim that slips into the rubber channel. What do I do first?

Do I put the rubber into the cab,and then the glass, then the trim?

Or put the rubber on the glass, then put it in the truck?I am having trouble getting the rubber to stretch over the glass.

I have put several sliders in the back with the rubber on the window, and just pull the rubber around the cab.Do I use the same procedure in this case?

I would like to get this done today,or tomorrow,so all help is appreciated.I wish I had taken this class in school,DOH!

TIA
