383 Short Block $400 in KY

I am selling a 383 SBC short block, I'm asking $400 but will consider lower offers. the engine was bought from a friend who was in need of some quick cash. He sold the heads off of it a few weeks prior to me getting the motor so there is some surface rust in the cylinders. (i have since kept oil on them)I would recomend a re-ring kit and Hone the cylinders. The Lunati Cam that is in it has a worn Lobe so a new cam will be needed. Its a 2 bolt main 2 piece rear seal engine and machine work on the block was in the $600 range, it has .030 flat top pistons and a Scat crank. Comes with Flex plate, Harmonic Balancer and Oilpan.
