Wiper Park Position

OK, I've about had it with the whole windshield wiper thing !

I've seen it on here before....but search is unavailable so I'll ask again.

My windshield wipers will not stop in the down position. I just replaced the motor and it does the same thing ! I was sure the new motor would take care of it but here I am driving around with my wipers in front of my face.

What are the possible problems for me to look for?
