Bargain or waste!!

Hey all, Today, we were heading out for lunch when we saw this small moving out of state garage sale. Well we stopped and looked around and I came cross this too box which had number of hand and air tools in it. Anyway, I brought it home for 80$. These are the air tool. I have 22 gallon air compressor but I just used it for small projects around the house. Now I need you help. Did I waste my money? regardless of the answer, for the rachets how do you use them? I don't want to brake any bolts!. Also what is the proper maintenance for these? The only lady who was selling them, believed that all we in working condition up to few months ago. I see, it is written on the body of some of them that they need to be oiled. Some have a place for it but in some I could'nt find anything. Sorry if these questions are too basic for some of you. and thanks ahead.
