Thumbs up Vermont jamboree

I am pleased to say my truck made the 7 hour trip there and back with no trouble. It cruised well at 55-60 with the 3.73 gears.
The whole weekend was a blast. My truck was the lone GMC from our era, so I had to represent. There was a 72 Chevy and a 67 Chevy w/a late model bed (ugly), both for sale. There were a couple of blazers also.
I saw a 305 V-6 (the original motor my truck was built with) for the first time in a sweet '66 GMC K2500.

I will try to post pictures that I took with a digital camera soon.

Sorry I did not see your truck 409, did you have it in the gates?
