Making my '90 'burb power everything.... - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Need a little advice and opinions regarding my 'burb.

I have a 4x4 1990 suburban, but unfurtunately it doesn't have power windows nor power locks and the little lady doesn't want drive it since "the window crank is too hard to turn"

Now, What would it be easier? put Power windows regulators and Power Doorlocks in my current doors? or just get different doors with original power accesories? How about the wiring? do I need a different harness or something? or are all the 'burbs already prewired to add accesories like these from the factory?
