Hi everyone,
I have a 72 SWB custom C10 that I want to fix up (it was actually it real good shape 5 years ago but I drove it full time until a year and half ago).

I would be interested in getting some feedback on some of the things I want to do. I've attached pictures below (sorry about the quality). These pictures are 6 years and right after I had it painted.

1. Trim: I've gone back and forth over whether to put on the bottom trim(my truck is the only one I've seen with only top trim) (this truck was the cheapest model but it had factory power brakes and auto transmission and only top trim (but no radio and it had a 6 cylinder- I've included pictures of the odd air cleaner needed to clear the booster) my understanding is that this truck belonged to the brother of the chevy dealer in Jetmore KS.

2. Color: I kind of want to switch the color to either "Tangiers orange" or "Hawaiian Blue" because I like those colors better than the current color. I've pretty much convinced myself that this wouldn't be feasible since I don't have a lot of money.

3. Two-tone? related to #1 I want to do a two tone but I would have to add the bottom trim and also it wouldn't look right unless I got the bright molding for the windshield and back glass.

4. I'm also considering lowering the truck some.

this board is great and there's a treasure trove of info which will help me with my truck.
