Weird Idle Question

Good news: I got my rocker arms installed and adjusted, then went out for a Saturday afternoon drive.

Bad news: The truck ran good before I started all of this, now it wants to die at stop lights at idle. It seems if I don't have my foot on the gas it will die. It started out that it ran fine at idle when in park and any gear for that matter. Now, after a quick drive, it will die in idle no matter what gear. It seems to stay running longer with no load on the engine but still dies sooner or later. The truck sat for a little while without running (a month?). Bad gas, maybe? Fuel pump? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
