Clarify disk brake conversion

I asked about this and someone was nice enough to provide me a link to a thread which I had saved but lost due to having to format. I read through the thread and was a little confused by the end of it but from what I gathered I need booster, master cylinder, upper a arms and spindle from a 87 and lower a arms from a 68 3/4 ton. Is this right? So if I want to lower it later I order drop spindles for a 87? I hate to keep asking the same question but want to be sure before I buy parts (have located a 88 parts truck). Thanks.
