What does your truck weigh?
I put the GMC on the scale today when i scrapped the Ponticrap 350...suprised the crap outa me!
This was with about 50 pounds of must have stuff...spare, small bottle jack, couple bottles of Mtn Dew on the seat... but nothing that wouldn't ever be in there any other day. This was also with only a 1/2 tank of fuel.
3900 pounds...a bit of a pig huh? This is a typical truck too...small block with aluminum intake and headers, TH350...short bed...nothing heavy here, so i thought.
