I was out looking for "parts trucks" today on lunch and found a truck sitting in a guys yard with no hood on it. After talking to his wife, she told me to come by around 5 and talk to her husband. I talked to him @ 5:30 tonight and struck a deal. I am now the owner of a 72' C10 Cheyenne Super LWB. I will be the 2nd owner of it. It has original paint(dk. olive w/ white roof & middle) with the dark olive interior. Seat has green houndstooth, guages, glovebox & doorpanels have the wood. Original motor is gone(son has it in a Monte SS) but the T350 is there along with all of the A/C stuff. Truck has very minor rust, just needing outer rockers and a dime sized hole in the drivers cab corner. Floor has a small hole the size of a quarter where the sill plate & kickpanel meet. Floorbraces and top of firewall are sweet. Bed is solid but has a bang behind the drivers side wheel. I even found the original jack for it.

I have to wait for his son to move some cars out of the way so I can pull it out. I will post up some pics when I pull it, it was raining too hard.

Now, I have to decide whether I want to fix it to drive it, fix it to restore it or fix it for resale.
