Ralley Wheel bolt patterns ?

I just converted my 69 1/2 ton 6 lug to a 5 lug using 72 1/2 ton parts. It has a bolt pattern of 4 3/4". Recently, I was asking the bolt pattern for some 72 truck ralleys I was wanting to purchase and was told the bolt pattern was 5" and that the 4 3/4" was the pattern for cars of that year. Is that true? Are truck ralleys available at the 4 3/4" pattern?
