need help figuring some stuff out...

I pieced my truck together a few years ago, from different parts
now i am in the finishing stage and i need to figure out what parts to buy so that i know they match up.

Under the steering column there is a bracket that i a missing, but i dont know what year to buy if they differ or anything,
I also need all of the parts to get the steering column to fit perfectly. It is in there but a little loose.

I also want to get a brake booster, and i was wonder what i am going to need to get to accomplish this task such as...
new master cylinder, new plunger from the brake petal, etc

I also need a new gas petal just have the bar now, but i dont know what year the parts are from, so i dont know what year to petal to buy, will any one fit

I know these are a lot of questions, and i dont have pictures, but if you know if there are any differences that you could help me out to figure this stuff out with that would be great, thanks
